The remaining board members include Brad Bjelke, the CEO of UtahRealEstate.com; Chris Carrillo, the CEO of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems; Art Carter, the CEO of California Regional MLS; Matt Consalvo, the CEO of Arizona Regional MLS; Shayne Fairley, the COO of Stellar MLS; Richard Haggerty, the CEO of OneKey MLS; Chris Haran, the managing director and chief technology officer of Midwest Real Estate Data; Jerry Legrand, the CTO of APEX MLS; Shelley Specchio, the CEO of MIBOR Broker Listing Cooperative; and Rob Wagoner the senior vice president and MLS director of Heartland MLS.
Fairley and Legrand were both newly elected to serve four-year terms on the board, while Bjelke, Bosch, Specchio and Wagoner were re-elected to serve new four-year terms. Carter was appointed to fill a vacancy and complete the remaining term.

The board is elected by CMLS’ general membership, while the sitting board elects officers.
According to CMLS, the 2026 board will have a “strategic focus on policy, collaboration, and creating frameworks that empower MLSs to evolve with confidence.”
