The integration adds 22 agents to the Coldwell Banker Southern Realty team — doubling the office’s total volume to just under $100 million per year and expanding the staff to 50 real estate professionals.
The partnership also brings increased diversity, with more than 13 languages spoken across the combined team — a reflection of Nashville’s multicultural population, leaders added.
Coldwell Banker Southern Realty operates nine offices in Tennessee and is the state’s largest affiliated Coldwell Banker firm.
